Every item I've bought has either been faulty or bad quality within a few washes. When trying to get a product replaced, they tell me after weeks of having received my return that it was out of stock. Awful customer service too, completely unwilling to help with issues and refused to replenish the "loyalty" points I used on the faulty item. Overpriced and bad quality.
