“I bought a dress from new drop. It's almost paper thin, with small weak strings for belt holders.
Quality drop is saddening, In the past I have older dresses that actually were worth the price. Another one I bought this summer shrunked after one wash, and now is to short to wear. Sizing is all over the place, and returns are expensive.
It seems that Disturbia stopped investing in good garments. On the other hand I see investment in ads. Icky Lolita poses on models that are presenting less and less alternative clothes. Less tattoos, and despite having wide size range, only one size is presented on the site. Quality now resembles Shein clothes, sometimes it's even worse.”
“Expensive returns..can only exchange for same item different size..sizing is hit and miss but most annoying every midi dress you see on the model is much shorter when you receive it and it states the height if te model too so I know it's not my average 5'6”
“I have spent a lot of money with them, and asked for an exception to a return. I had to leave my home before my package arrived, due to a family emergency. I asked if I could return something that had not been worn for a credit, not a refund. All they did was quote their return policy to me. I felt with having been a loyal customer for a long time that they would at least be more personable. Completely understand that the purpose of that business is to make money, and it is indeed my fault that I did not return it in the correct time, so of course I take responsibility for that. I just felt they were very unhelpful and have been very unhelpful the other times I've had to contact them. Lovely clothes with some issues, but I would skip them. Look at Foxblood, their clothes are cute, comfy, and they're so kind.”

“I ordered 3 items from them. First of all the delivery took way longer tham it was supposed to. Second they don't cover import taxes so if you live far from the uk you might have to pay a huge tax fee. And third surprise surprise! The returns aren't free. I don't like how one of the items fits so if I returned it and got a refund I would end up with almost no money given the fact I had to pay the import tax + shipping. Also I read here their customer service is terrible and there's the possibility they might not even give you a refund. Plus you can't even leave reviews on their website which is complete bs in it of itself.”
