I ordered several items from which apparently was a flash sale in July. Had high hopes as I was really looking forward to my order. In August it showed my items were delivered but I never received them. This was my 1st time ordering from this company. Reached out to CS and got a prompt response and they offered to reship items due to the issue being with the delivery courier/carrier issues. Awesome. YET again after I checked it showed my order was delivered the week prior. BS. I work from home, and live in a house and have never had any delivery issues with any other company I order from. How ironic I didn't get my order AGAIN. This time I contacted CS and they blamed the courier service again and only offered to refund my 30% of my order total due to this. Blah! It's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting on my refund. Save yourself the grieve and the disappointment, as you may never get your order and they blame the delivery courier but will not refund you what you paid. I know I will never order from this company again.
