This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. My order was never sent, and they didn't bother to inform me or follow up with the shipping company—| had to do it myself. Initially, they refused to replace the order, claiming it wasn't possible. When they finally did attempt a replacement, the item was out of stock. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund due to 'an error,' causing even more delays (which I had to follow up on). I ordered almost a month ago and am still sorting their mess. Extremely disappointing!
