I did an overseas order which, in the current times made it to me alright surprisingly but when I discovered the item I’d bought was too big, I immediately created a refund and bought the smaller size. I posted back my refund but it took longer than the 20 days that they state in their T&C. So I was given store credit, but as delivery back to them is totally out of my control, I contacted their customer service. It took multiple emails with multiple people on their end and me providing screenshots of my tracking number to prove I had sent it back in the right time for them to finally give me a refund in the end. But each reply back from them took days and days, so it wasn’t a great experience, especially with having to fight for a simple refund.
But now months later as I’ve been wearing the skirt in the smaller size I’ve discovered the seams are popping!! Its a flowy aline skirt, it is not tight by any means. All of this effort, and money wasted just for a subpar quality product. Literally never again.
