I sent two different packages back in December, one package had already been sent back to me after the return, yet Disturbia it’s been over two and a half months and they’re telling me “they HaVEnt GotTeN iT to CoNtACt tHe CoUrIeR” which is absolute bs. I order across seas and this hasn’t happened and I got my other returned package back already…makes nooo sense. I also sent of video of returning it just in case, I had a feeling. They fail in customer service and probably just trying to rip me off since it’s be easier considering I’m across seas. Absolute bs.
