I ordered 3 items from them. First of all the delivery took way longer tham it was supposed to. Second they don't cover import taxes so if you live far from the uk you might have to pay a huge tax fee. And third surprise surprise! The returns aren't free. I don't like how one of the items fits so if I returned it and got a refund I would end up with almost no money given the fact I had to pay the import tax + shipping. Also I read here their customer service is terrible and there's the possibility they might not even give you a refund. Plus you can't even leave reviews on their website which is complete bs in it of itself.
