WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This was my first and LAST time Ive ordered from them... 5 weeks later, multiple emails later, a couple of phone calls later - promising that the issue will be dealt with straight away after putting the phone down... still no sign of my refund nor exchange...
