I have spent a lot of money with them, and asked for an exception to a return. I had to leave my home before my package arrived, due to a family emergency. I asked if I could return something that had not been worn for a credit, not a refund. All they did was quote their return policy to me. I felt with having been a loyal customer for a long time that they would at least be more personable. Completely understand that the purpose of that business is to make money, and it is indeed my fault that I did not return it in the correct time, so of course I take responsibility for that. I just felt they were very unhelpful and have been very unhelpful the other times I've had to contact them. Lovely clothes with some issues, but I would skip them. Look at Foxblood, their clothes are cute, comfy, and they're so kind.
