I was sent a dress with the sleeve sewn upside down! I returned it and it took them 26 days to process the exchange only..they sent me the same defective dress AGAIN only this time it had added white fingerprints all over it! It's unwearable. It won't let me return it saying it cost £0 so I can't get my money back! SCAM! They are trying to make sure I can't get my money back for the defective merchandise I was sent! Contacting Trading Standards and disputing Visa charges now.
