Recent payment due to the original 12 monthly arrangement being set up as "bank card payment".
As I had received a new bank card this caused the monthly payment to stop and me receive email advising payment "unable to be collected".
I received a new bank card to comply with the new security measures being set up to prevent fraudulent activities.
I was of the understanding the 12 monthly agreement was a direct debit.
Maybe these agreements should be set up as a direct debit.
