I have tried to purchase my wattbike on a chrome browser for Windows and, when selecting payment option the the 12 months free credit option was there to begin with and then it disappeared when trying to move to confirm payment.
Checked chrome setting and it was all fine, in the end I had to try on wife's mobile.
It was getting so annoying that I almost did not purchase the item!
