Shortly before my ordered item purchased via DivideBuy was delivered; I received an email saying "your payment was unsuccessful". I could not find a clear way of contacting DivideBuy to raise a query. I then realised that DivideBuy withdrew the first instalment from my account. So this left me feeling confused and vulnerable. So I had to cancel the order just before it was delivered and ordered the item elsewhere another payment method. Right now,I have a huge box with the returning item in it taking up space in my hallway while it waits for an unreasonable amount of time to be collected. I will never use DivideBuy again
