My daughter drew a picture for her dad and we had it put on the socks. Unfortunately the words I love dad didn’t show up because she used a black crayon but it was not dark enough. I contacted customer services and they had me send a picture of the drawing and the socks we received. They asked her to go over it (we did with permanent marker) to show up better and sent us the socks quickly at no cost. We were very grateful for such prompt responses and great customer service. Her dad loved the socks!
