We love the sox but we haven't given them to our special needs niece yet. I have shown them to a lot of people . One visiting nurse took down the information because every year she and her husband host her birthday party for their special needs niece. Those people get a big thrill out of gifts even though they will not realize the thoughts behind the gift itself.. Our gal turned 60 and is a sweet and special to us. She has lost both mother and father but has 2 brothers and wives and 2 male and 2 female cousins.
