Well my socks never turned up, first pair ended up in Chile (I live in New Zealand) and second pair never arrived. I contacted their help email where the lady was helpful but when I asked for a refund they were reluctant to give it and wanted to try a 3rd time. I was over it at that point and just wanted my money back as I had already missed the birthdays they were for. I wont be trying to buy from here again.
