I purchased 2 pairs of socks and when it arrived I was super excited!!! I noticed there was a discoloration on my puppies face (as he is pitch black and there was a little red/orange tint around him). At first it didn't phase me but when I showed it to my family, they also pointed it out. So I emailed customer service and liaised with Victoria who organised to have a replacement sock sent to me. When my replacement order arrived, I was surprised to find 2 more socks!! Needless to say, I was one happy customer! Very satisfied with DivvyUp and the customer service Victoria provided, she was quick to offer a replacement sock and was super nice to deal with. Also the socks are of great quality and very soft!
