I received 2 pairs of DivvyUp socks as gifts, one for each pet and loved them. Since then I've given 2 pairs to 2 different friends as gifts and they, in turn, were thrilled. In another case, the picture I had was not great and DivvyUp appropriately contacted me to say they could not do the socks due to the poor quality of the picture and did I have a different pic I could submit. I appreciated their wanting to present only a quality product rather than just collect their money and provide a subpar product and create an unhappy customer. Definitely a quality company with superb customer service. Socks are well-made too - a superior product as well as well as the picture reproductions.
