My boys each got a pair for Chanukah this year - each with their favorite pet. I made a mistake in the ordering (I meant to upload a different photo than I actually did) and sent a message to customer support. I got a quick and friendly reply and they made the change with no fuss. The orders were delivered on time and everyone loved their gift!
