I personally haven’t seen my socks that I ordered as they were a secret Santa gift. But I had a great experience with the customer service of DivvyUp. I unknowingly sent my order to an incorrect address as my co worker had moved. I sent an email asking if the socks were returned to send if they could forward them to the updated address. The reply was, we will make a new lake and send them. Awesome service when they didn’t need to as it was my fault for the mistake. Appreciate it.
