I gave my family socks with all our dogs and cats past and present. The customer service representative emailed one of my photos was too dark. I emailed new photo. In less than five minutes the same representative confirmed my new photo was great and socks were being made. This was five days before Xmas. Socks arrived on time. BEST gift I ever gave. All ages loved their socks! Tears, laughter and surprise seeing our beloved pets on their socks
