The socks are so cute!!! I had a minor issue with the first pair I purchased as one of the two photos I selected didn't turn out how I invisioned. I emailed customer service and they got back to me the same day, I sent in a new photo of my cat and they sent out a new pair or socks for free next day and I got them in time for Christmas. I would have paid for shipping but they didn't even ask, there was no hesitation they just got my order out ASAP Divvyup has the best customer service and Im very impressed!!!! The quality of the picture is AMAZING, they are just very well made socks and photos. The socks are soft and not scratchy at all AND the photos don't fade when you wash them. My husband LOVES his socks with our cat Peanut on them and so do I! Highly Highly recommend these for anyone who wants to get a personalized gift for a family member or friend.
