Hello, I am a French customer I ordered a product on this site which was apparently available, after almost 2 weeks of waiting I decided to contact customer service to find out where my order was, the person named Danny replies that the product is no longer available, I then ask for a full refund of my order, since this person has only offered me alternative products to the one I had ordered at the base, having found nothing interesting, I have once again asked for a refund, and this person is no longer answering me. Do not buy in this shop.
