“1 star because I can't leave 0. Placed an order on Dec 18th. Received confirmation od despatch. 5 days later, I'd not had any tracking details so sent them a message. Was informed an item was out of stock and could they send an alternative. I questioned the dispatched status if there was a stock issue but was assured I'd receive goods in 4 to 7 days. Long story short, a month later and Royal Mail still have no record of receiving my goods. DJVape won't refund until I reject the delivery.”

“Complete scam company, although a .Co.uk address its based abroad, China I think so problem starts immediately with overseas transaction fee.
After a week or so of nothing, maybe you will get a stalled tracking number and youcontact them where you will get a garbled "be patient" email from Danny, after that you won't get any more replies when you finally get annoyed and ask for a refund.
Head to your card issuer and proceed with a chargeback claim to get your money back”

Kept chasing it up and kept getting fobbed off by a person called Danny who kept promising me that the product would be sent soon.
