1 star because I can't leave 0. Placed an order on Dec 18th. Received confirmation od despatch. 5 days later, I'd not had any tracking details so sent them a message. Was informed an item was out of stock and could they send an alternative. I questioned the dispatched status if there was a stock issue but was assured I'd receive goods in 4 to 7 days. Long story short, a month later and Royal Mail still have no record of receiving my goods. DJVape won't refund until I reject the delivery.
