I didnt realise at the time but since complaining to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority they said that Direct line legal services were discriminatory towards me at the start of the claim for non fault RTA. This firm is discriminatory and completely unethical. They wont help any one in any circumstance of any complaint as this would not be in their best interst. They have to be forced by a 3rd party. Any problem they cause you will be outcast and they will distance themselves and blame you. Stay away. I wish i never tried to claim and regret the day i ever heard the name Karen Oliver who destroyed my case win, mental health and life in general completely changed.
