1 star would be a compliment to them.
My claim was delayed by over 2 months due to the person handling my claim was off work. Nobody had bothered to cover or pick this up until I called multiple times chasing it up. My first 5 emails had no response at all but it was nice to hear that the team had seen all of my emails and chose to ignore them. I’ve had little to no updates whatsoever by the team. Very unprofessional and nothing has been done to improve my terrible experience.
