What a unprofessional company I think. I submitted a claim through my insurers. Sent all the information they asked for. After 9 months they decided they wouldn't be going further with my claim.
The communication was terrible. I felt The lady Jennifer didn't seem very knowledgeable and professional. I am dissapointed with the long wait to be told this. My opinion is I wasn't happy with the way they kept me hanging on. And the way they handled my case. Personally I would not recommend them.
