1 star is too good for DLG
DLG solicitor judged my claim for 'minor injuries' following a collision when I was stopped at a busy roundabout and a car drove into the back of my stationary car.
'Case closed' based on -
1. Minor impact, 5 mph
2. No GP notes/paramedic naming rta as reason for visit.
3. At-fault driver stated she - 'was not going fast enough to cause me damage.'
I am shocked that a solicitor would base any conclusion on the comments of the at-fault driver. Self-interested, non-factual. Is this ethical?
The solicitor failed to obtain paramedic report from my GP which descibed the reason for the - rta after effects and based her 'case closed' on this. Is this illegal?
My car is plactic-bodied and bounced.
Apart from the immediate shock of wobbly legs, I sustained all-through pain the following day - from head to feet and down to my hands.
I shall ditch Churchill next month. You pay for what you get. I'll choose from 'best buys' which.
