4 different solicitors in 4 years and 11 months, 2 went on long term sick leave then left, 1 was so arrogant and rude I couldn’t work with him and the 4th has been left to pick up the mess the other 3 made. I have now been told that they have used all the funding and I need to purchase another insurance at a cost of thousands of pounds to me which I can’t afford as I had to leave work due to the severity of the accident and my injuries. Today I was told to accept the original offer made over 3 years ago as I won’t get any better if it goes to court, what a truly dreadful company. I will be making a formal complaint to the Ombudsman about this.
