I bought a three piece loungewear outfit for my daughter's Christmas. Unfortunately, she didn't like it as it didn't fit and returned it. It has been with your company since January 17th and as yet I have received no refund or in store credit. I have emailed twice and received no response or acknowledgement. As someone who has trained staff on good customer service I find this to be extremely poor and not what I would expect. An automated email upon receipt of the returned item giving a time frame for a refund or store credit should be issued. Any emails from disgruntled customers should also be acknowledged. I doubt I will shop with you again. Extremely disappointed.
