Same as everyone else, I sent items back in September, and had the same emails from them,”high number of returns so delays”. Etc I raised a dispute through Clearpay and have just received a full refund today through Clearpay. (December!)I’ve also read that another customer had managed to get a refund through their bank. So definitely worth trying, either bank or Clearpay app. Assuming klarna app might be the same.

Same as everyone else, items returned and no refund because they've gone into liquidation. If I'd known this id have at least kept the clothes and given them to a friend! Have opened a dispute with my bank but whether they help remains to be seen.

I have purchased once or twice for the company and on the last return, mid Oct I was told the usual “21 days” longest. I left it 28 only to be told that the company has gone into liquidation!!! I’ve tried multiple ways of getting my refund with no luck! £100 gone! It’s unbelievable!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever used. Long delays for returns and have now been notified that they have ceased trading. Still chasing refund 2 months later. Absolutely shocking. If I could give a - rating I would. No wonder they’ve gone under.

As with numerous people below. I have been waiting a refund of £265 since end of August…. Absolute joke. Also paid through PayPal and they are not willing to help with this either. Shocking only telling customers this close to Christmas!!! I have bought and kept so much from the company over last few years which I have loved!! Just shocking behaviour to hear she’s opened a new company!!!

I too have been waiting for a refund since September and now they have ceased trading it looks like that money is lost. I started off receiving the standard emails apologising for the delays and then they just stopped replying altogether and there was no way to contact them. I tried to get my money back via Paypal but by that time it was too late. Awful. I've read she has started up a new company which I think is disgusting when so many people have lost a lot of money

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lack of contact from company returned good in October and now been told company gone bust so lost out in around £130 worth of goods. No one buy from the new company she is now opening up. Scammed so many people I can see.

Terrible experience waited for a refund for nearly 3 months only to receive an email from them saying they'd cease to trade and to contact my card provider for refunds,I've been issued my refund today through my card provider thankfully £170 I was owed,its a shame there clothes are nice but if you need to return them good luck

Terrible company still not received a refund 3 months after they confirmed they had received it. Just been on their website and apparently the company have gone out of business. Absolutely disgraceful company. Would have given zero stars if that was an option.

As like a lot of other customers, I returned items in September. This was acknowledged by the company that they were processing my refund. However I never receive this and the company has since been dissolved. It would appear that rather than wrapping up the company appropriately and refunding customers money they have chosen to keep people’s money, close down the business and start up again under a new name. In any other scenario this would be criminal thief and fraud. I would not buy anything from any company associated with Shelly Cutting in the future.

Sent my items back and 4 weeks later I still had not received my refund. I emailed and was told they were running behind with refunds. I emailed again today as its now been 11 weeks to receive an email to say they had ceased trading.

Waiting for a refund for 3 months to get the same automated message every time to be patient,then after saying I would report to trading standards get a message saying ceased to trade,absolutely disgusting £60 down the drain,and sounds like so many people in the same situation,ripped people right off.

So I have contacted this company for over 2 months regarding a refund. Emails sent back stating they would sort it out & thanking me for my patience…. Low & behold they gave now ceased trading & scammed hundreds of people out of their refunds !!
