“Ordered two dresses returned both in September received email from dlsb confirming they had received the returns stating I would receive refund 7 - 14 days but maybe 21 days. received a further two emails apologising about length of time for refund process so I went to my bank with all the correspondence I had with DLSB after said company stop trading and I was fortunate they got my monies back but this morning 27/12 I have received message from bank saying DLSB has disputed claim but my bank have informed me I have enough evidence to keep money refunded.. awful company should be ashamed 🤬”

Only now have I realised that I have not been refunded. Company has disappeared. I have the proof of return, along with emails. I will contact my credit card company tomorrow and fingers crossed I receive a return.”

I raised a dispute through Clearpay and have just received a full refund today through Clearpay. (December!)I’ve also read that another customer had managed to get a refund through their bank. So definitely worth trying, either bank or Clearpay app. Assuming klarna app might be the same.”

“I have purchased once or twice for the company and on the last return, mid Oct I was told the usual “21 days” longest. I left it 28 only to be told that the company has gone into liquidation!!! I’ve tried multiple ways of getting my refund with no luck! £100 gone! It’s unbelievable!!!!”

I started off receiving the standard emails apologising for the delays and then they just stopped replying altogether and there was no way to contact them. I tried to get my money back via Paypal but by that time it was too late. Awful. I've read she has started up a new company which I think is disgusting when so many people have lost a lot of money”

“As like a lot of other customers, I returned items in September. This was acknowledged by the company that they were processing my refund. However I never receive this and the company has since been dissolved. It would appear that rather than wrapping up the company appropriately and refunding customers money they have chosen to keep people’s money, close down the business and start up again under a new name. In any other scenario this would be criminal thief and fraud. I would not buy anything from any company associated with Shelly Cutting in the future.”
