Absolutely awful!!! Ordered a beautiful green timeless maxi dress for a wedding. Arrived was beautiful, tried it on and realised the strap on the back was ripped and the material of the dress on front had all started to fray! I had taken the tags off and because was so short time to the wedding I got it fixed at the back. Packed it up for the wedding. Took it out of my case night before the wedding and it had all ripped and again the fray on front had gotten worse. Too short notice to get anything else I had no option but to wear it. Was awful. Contacted customer service to be told I am not allowed a refund. After words exchanged for a few emails the best they could do was offer me a 30% refund. I attached pictures of the faulty item I received and they completely denied it. Customer service person named 'TRIXIE' was so unhelpful, kept avoiding questions I had asked and statements just continuing to say sorry we cannot refund. I didnt expect a full refund because I had no option but to wear it but I asked for a partial refund of 50% to still be told no. Absolutely disgraceful and terrible customer service. Will never again order from this website as they don't care about their customers at all. They decided to offer me 15 pound refund (which doesn't even cover half of the price I paid) and be emailed to say that they have resolved my issue and will no longer be responding to my emails. Utterly disgusting. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
