Really poor returns service. Sent parcel tracked returns using DLSB returns service. They have received the item, yet still waiting for my returns. I have contacted them twice but not heard anything.
It's a shame really as I've seen other items I would like to order but I will not be shopping with this company again, especially after reading the reviews as every complaint is returns related.
