Returns are impossible.
The actual dresses I ordered were quite nice, but I returned them in September, they received the items in October and I was still chasing the refund in December. In the end I had to go through my bank to get a refund as DLSB were non-responsive or completely unhelpful. Funnily enough, a day after my bank refunded me on their behalf they contacted me and offered a refund but stated I had to reverse the bank transfer. I refused as it took me 3 months to see that money! I will never buy anything from them again.
