Sent an item back on 22nd January and still WAITING a refund of over £100. I have contacted customer service twice, to be told they are still working through refunds. It’s a lot of money to not have received back and having to wait such a long time.
The sad thing is there are other things I was keen to order online, but I will NEVER be ordering again as there is a risk it could take weeks for a refund. NEVER experienced this level of service from any other retailer. Order number 884288
