I can’t even get my head around how bad the returns and refunds process is and only wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. I purchased various items and a few didn’t fit/didn't suit so I returned them the same day.
2 weeks later I emailed to query if they’d received them as I’d heard nothing. I got a big standard response saying they’re busy and don’t always send emails confirming returns or refunds. Sorry, what??! How is that ok? I was also informed that they’re currently processing returns from a MONTH AGO and once they get to mine it could take 21 days for the refund. So SEVEN WEEKS in total!!
So I’ll potentially get no refund for seven weeks and zero communication on the matter and will just have to keep checking my account up until mid April then have to chase again. Diabolical customer service. Surely if you’re expanding a business to take plenty of peoples hard earned money and send items, you should also account for the increase in returns? Clearly not with DLSB.
