Shocking customer service. Returned an item and had to keep chasing for my refund. Kept saying they were very busy and my return was in a queue. Turns out over 6 weeks later that they hadn’t actually received my return at all. I managed to track it myself but as it had taken so long, my item had been donated to charity. I have complained but all I get is an apology and they can’t refund me as they haven’t received my item. Doesn’t matter that they told me it was in a queue. So now I have no dress and no money! Disgraceful. Will never use again. If they’d told me they hadn’t received it, I could have got my item back!
