If I could give DLSB a zero score I would.
Whilst there website indicates a 14 day refund policy. This is far from the truth. Despite returning a number of items a month ago, I have only just received a refund afte multiple chasing. Clearly, you need to get the basics right by practicing what you state on your website. I will not be ordering again.
