Still waiting on a refund from 6 weeks weeks ago! Even though I had to pay to return the item also?
When contacting them I get the generic ‘we’re selling more so of course there’s more returns’ response…. If you can’t keep up with the amount of returns you shouldn’t be selling so much! Or hire more staff! It’s not the consumers problem. Waiting well over the 21-days noted on their website (which is also ridiculous).
