Returned items within timeframe. Received notification to state it had been returned. I am now on day 52.
I have just called Citizens Advice 0808 223 1133. You are covered by legislation if you return within 14 days. After 14 day, you have to follow an internal complaints procedure.
Due to the situation, i have requested Citizen’s Advice notify Trading Standards.
