I would recommend that you contact a company in South Shields going by the same name as yourselves, why? because you almost received a review which would have been highly critical of the man management, workmanship, and communication skills of each and everyone within this particular company. They have a website of the same name and in order to protect yourselves from negative feedback I believe you should seek to protect your reputation.
