“I would recommend that you contact a company in South Shields going by the same name as yourselves, why? because you almost received a review which would have been highly critical of the man management, workmanship, and communication skills of each and everyone within this particular company. They have a website of the same name and in order to protect yourselves from negative feedback I believe you should seek to protect your reputation.”

“Had sales man (think it was CHRIS) was very good no pressure,5star. Window and door fitted Brilliant, Only problem was did not have any plans how conservatory would look like only a small pencil sketch, and when you are spending £20k,it not good, which becomes vital when the trades men came, and they seemed to make it up as they went on, lack of communication on plans, guttering was slopping the wrong way from drain leaving about 30mm of rainwater at 1 end of guttering ,you said cannot do nothing about it its the way it is. work men said they where coming 1 day and never bothered to turn up or phone up. Said they were going to do self leveling did not use pva so it bubbled &itwas like a wave. At to put it right my self. Never had the same builders so had to keep on re telling them what needed doing, Had 3 screws drill in my metal guttering by the plasterer which he put some silicone in holes which I was not to happy about got a guy to come out did not no what to do saying he not done this before. But seem to have fixed the leak. However I am please with the job it is now finally done.”

“So far during the foundation and wall phase Gary & Mike have been fantastic. Very professional, attention to detail making the process look seamless. DNA have kept on top of the details and always informing us of the next development. We are very happy with the service and expect this to continue when the final walls, roof, and additional window are installed. Many thanks”

“I have used DNA Home Improvement for a few Years now following local market research. The communications have been good and when start date given for a job it has always been adhered to. The quality of materials used has been good along with the advice received from Andrew and his Team. I have been pleased with the standard of employees and their workmanship, on the installations and respect for the clients property.”
