Purchased a pram from this company. We rely on this piece of equipment.
After one incident the pram buckled ( had be used twice) .
Rang, emailed and after the promise to get in touch nothing.
The after sales support email. Ended with we have never had this problem before.
I warm other parents of special needs children , who rely on equipment. Buy elsewhere. Because if you need help after sales, this company do not care .
