I would definitely recommend this towel as an easy pack item that is great for sitting on! I bought the extra large size and I can easily fit three to four people sitting on it! However, I was a little disappointed with the absorbency of the material. It is excellent if you are just simply drying off your legs. But I would like to advise any males or females with longer hair to be aware that it may not 'soak up' your wet hair like a regular soft to touch beach towel would. Nonetheless, I would rate the product about a 7/10. It is a great little (but big) towel to keep in your car for adventures.
