Received 2 of these towels as a gift and decided to buy 4 more. We just finished our pool and the thought of a bunch of sopping wet towels every day all summer long was too much to bear. These are not warm and plush but they dry very quickly and absorb water like a shammy. The washing instructions say to wash in cold water (hot would be better IMO) but you can throw them in the dryer which is what gives these towels the edge of the competitors for me. I can’t comment on how long they will hold up since I’ve only used a handful of times now.
