I paid for express 1-2 day delivery but it took 4 days to receive the order. D&B did refund the delivery cost. Luckily the parcel arrived in time to take on holiday but only just.
I don’t think the 1-2 day delivery should be offered if they can’t manage to achieve it. The delay was D&B taking a long time to despatch the parcel to Royal Mail.
