I like the journey and ethos of Dock & Bay as a brand, particularly their use of recycled materials and the support of charity partners. The postage was quick (even despite COVID-19 postage delays). I had to contact their customer services due to a missing handy bag for one of my towels. Their customer services replied promptly and immediately posted me not only a replacement handy bag but also a new towel for free. I was very happy with this resolution. I would like to see the range of bundles expanded so that buyers can receive the price saving from purchasing a bundle and not be restricted to certain colours/patterns. Also it would be nice to have a kids bundle for a matching swim poncho and towel. My only concern is that the brand doesn't seem to be addressing the generation of microplastics from the washing of its products. I would be keen to see them address this and potentially sell a solution for this, such as the Guppyfriend bag.
