At DOTB last night for dinner. We made reservation but they did not have it when we got there. They sat us at a table of 8. We could not hear ourselves over the music. The singer was great btw. We asked to be moved to the first 4 top and when that became available, the hostess sat someone else there. (the same hostess that said she would move us when a table opened up). We finally got moved by I guess, the manager, who was trying to make things right. To sum it up, food was GREAT! Service sucked! They need to give the wait staff some training on how to serve drinks (don't put all of them down and make us divvy them up) Clean the plates off the table when we are done eating. Hand each of us our own check (don't just plop them all on the table for us to divvy up) See a pattern here?
